STRIDE Library plays an important role in providing facilities to support and assist its users in the study, research and learning process.
The STRIDE library, located in Block A of the STRIDE building, can accommodate 80 users at a time. The STRIDE library has started operations for its citizens with the establishment of this institution which is also the most important information center for both researchers and citizens at STRIDE. Researchers and STRIDE citizens can access the resources from this library for free in addition to the reference material borrowing service. In addition, discussion rooms, multimedia rooms and internet computer services equipped with OPAC (on-line public access cataloguing) systems are also provided for the convenience of researchers.
The STRIDE Library provides over 6,000 volumes of reference materials in various fields including Science and Technology, Economics, Law, Mechanical and Religion. In addition, the STRIDE Library has subscribed to various magazine and journal titles in addition to subscriptions to local newspapers. The STRIDE Library has also registered as a member of the Inter-Library Loan System (SPP) in collaboration with the National Library of Malaysia as a National Coordinator in addition to providing access to pnmdigital journals .

Loan
All registered users are eligible to borrow books and other materials provided by the library.
How to borrow/Loan amount
Borrowers must come to the Library Counter with their identification card number during the borrowing process. The loan amount is as follows:

Referral and Information Services
This service basically helps users in finding and using library materials as well as helping to get the necessary information.
Current Awareness Service
The library provides a notification service of new books through the library's OPAC.
Internet services
Internet service is available on the 1st Floor of the library building. A total of one (1) terminal is provided for information access.
Publishing Provider System
The Publication Provider System (SPP) is an inter-library service provided to users to obtain reference materials from other libraries if the materials are not available in the STRIDE Library.
Group Loans
STRIDE Library is registered with PNM and can lend books as many as 400 titles at a time. It can help STRIDE citizens get the latest reading material.
Magazine/Annual Report
There are the latest magazines and annual reports for the reference of STRIDE members.
PNM Digital
The STRIDE Library has been registered with PNM for the purpose of using it to access Journals at home and abroad digitally.

Open Reading Room
An open reading room is provided on the 1st floor of the library building and can accommodate 80 users at a time.
Multimedia Screening Room
There is one (1) screening room prepared for the use of STRIDE citizens such as screening of corporate videos, documentaries and so on.
Lounge/Sofa
There is one (1) lounge intended for users to read while relaxing where there is a set of sofas for the use of STRIDE residents.
Computer/Desktop
An internet computer has been set up on the 1st Floor of the library building for the purpose of online information search (OPAC).
