Research & Development (R&D) At STRIDE

EMC room

This project is in the procurement process to develop an EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Chamber Facility with a size of 30m(p) x 20m(l) x 10m(t) which will become the largest EMC Chamber in Southeast Asia.

Among the tests carried out are Military Vehicle Testing, Commercial Vehicle Testing, Product Commercial Testing and Tactical Radio Testing (HF, VHF and UHF).

The types of vehicles that can be tested are AV8 military armored vehicles, tanks, commercial vehicles such as buses and others. This testing is according to MIL-STD 461E/F, ISO 11451 and ISO 11452 standards.

Tropical Testing Center (TTC)

Goal

  • Developing the first Tropical Testing Center (TTC) in Southeast Asia as a Center of Excellence (CoE)

Objective

  • Establishing a Tropical Testing Facility.
  • Perform tropical testing services on defense and commercial equipment and assets.
  • Become a material profile reference center for the defense, security and commercial sectors.
  • Providing database services for asset and equipment storage methods for the defense, security and commercial industries.
